"original box" seems to imply complete package including paperwork... and no mention in the product description about reconditioned units.I have two other Sidekick phones and wanted to add this model to my "collection". Good enough. The phone works, and that's good enough too. My only gripe is the lame description and the reconditioned unit. Price is about right for what I received. About the Sidekick ID It's the same size as the other Sidekick models, a little thicker and the display part is much thicker. Keyboard is a little better than the LX 2009, but about equal to a 2008. The keyboard backlight is no where as good as the 2009. Screen is smaller and there is no memory card slot or USB port. No Bluetooth. Only way to put contacts on this phone is to type them in or copy from a SIM card. Fun phone, add it to your collection but if you want a Sidekick and only have money for one unit, get the LX 2009.
